this is the true identity of pro. temoe.in the sailor moon tv series he was a crazy, wierd, stupid man.they never showed his face or anything.and when they did, you could only see the light shining of his glasses and his enorums triangler mouth.
in the real manga you can see his face, see how he's not mad {but a bad guy kind of mad,he's actually really nice in person!i've meet him before!}, and he's the father of hotaru tomoe.
